Defective or Damaged Merchandise

    To return defective or damaged merchandise, please contact info@flomousa.com within 30 days to initiate the return process. All returns must include original packaging, packing slip, and name of purchaser.  

     Upon receipt of defective or damaged goods, a credit for the cost of the product at the time of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

    General Returns
