FLOMO will always provide you with up-to-the-minute news to make your shopping experience even better! To receive information on trade shows, sales events, and special offers, click on “Stay in touch” on the home page and enter your email to sign up for fabulous shopping promotions.
I just placed an order. How can I track it?
Shortly after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information about the ordering process. Included in your confirmation email is the tracking number and instructions to follow your purchase from our warehouse to your store. For more detailed order information, log into our website using the “Log In” tab on www.flomoglobal.com. From your dashboard, you can view your current and past order information.
How do I create an account?
Visit www.flomoglobal.com, and click “Create Account” on the left side bar. Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your personal address and contact information, add or edit payment methods, and a number of other helpful features, including being able to receive up to the minute information on what’s new at FLOMO.
I see information about a 'Tax ID' when I sign up. What's this?
Please note that as this is a wholesale website, we must charge sales tax to those without a resale certificate or tax exempt certificate who are willing to purchase from us. Please input your tax ID info there OR email us at email@example.com with a copy of your certificate. Thanks for understanding.
I already have a customer account with FLOMO and receive special pricing and fulfillment terms. Why is this not showing up on site?
To see your special pricing on site, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will set up your account and give you log in information. Once logged in, you will be able to see your special pricing and fulfillment terms on site.
Where does FLOMO stand on Prop 65, the California law that states that products must be labeled if their components contain chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm?
Before they arrive on shelves or in your delivery box, your products are inspected for safety. FLOMO products are purchased and manufactured in partnership with reliable vendors in our factories and tested for safety, making sure the factories are qualified to meet safety standard guidelines prior to the production phase. Our products are rigorously tested by our Import and Quality Control departments for a number of chemicals, including lead, cadmium, and other phthalates. Our products are ASTM certified to be non-toxic, including our flagship stationery line which we have produced for over 60 years. Does FLOMO charge any restocking fees for cancelled orders?
Generally, FLOMO does not allow order cancellation. However, if your order has not been shipped, we will charge a 35% restocking fee to cancel the order.
